Responsibilities
Play a lead role on M&A and PE transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations
Collaborate with a close-knit, high-performing team across coasts and internationally
Deep exposure to both sponsor- and target-side representations in complex deals
Direct client contact and mentorship from top-ranked partners
Consistent deal flow from one of the most active M&A practices globally
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of M&A/private equity experience at a leading law firm
Strong academic background and JD from a top-tier law school
Licensed (or eligible) in NY or CA, depending on location
Solid deal sheet reflecting a mix of public and private M&A
Confident communicator and team-oriented mindset
