Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations for an Engineering team, including sprint planning, execution, delivery, and team rituals
Own your team’s roadmap and priorities, aligning engineering efforts with product goals and broader business objectives
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development to engineers, fostering a culture of high performance, learning, and continuous improvement
Facilitate architectural discussions and design sessions, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that align with platform and product direction
Serve as the technical point of accountability for your team and dive into code reviews, architecture decisions, or hands-on development when needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business team stakeholders to define goals, establish timelines, and deliver critical features
Drive execution on complex projects under tight deadlines, supporting the team in building innovative applications that scale
Promote engineering best practices across the team, championing quality, security, and maintainability in all deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
At least 2 years of experience managing software engineering teams, driving technical excellence and supporting individual development
A proven track record of leading cross-functional development teams through the full software lifecycle from scoping and design to release and maintenance
Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities, with experience cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C# or Java
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core
Exposure to distributed systems and message brokers like Kafka
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, especially within AWS
