Advise clients on M&A and emerging companies/venture capital (EC/VC) transactions
Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents and related agreements
Manage elements of deals independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients
Provide strategic counsel to founders and investors across industries
Participate in a supportive and team-oriented practice with strong mentorship and partner access
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and EC/VC work
Proven ability to manage multiple deal components
Strong drafting, negotiating, and client communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington
Excellent academic credentials
