Responsibilities

Qualified on several units and can work independently
Ensure work is performed in accordance with the operations policy and procedure, including daily verification that all aircraft related material in area is properly identified, maintained, preserved, and segregated
Ensure the data being used to perform maintenance and alteration tasks is current per the repair station requirements
Record the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record
Perform the necessary research to assure that technical data and manuals are current and appropriate for associated tasks

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years' related experience and/or training
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Frequent requirement to talk or listen
Regular requirement to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel
Occasional requirement to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to work in moderate noise levels
Minimal travel required
