Experience across process design, productivity optimization, 3D manufacturing technology, factory floor digitalization, project management, and new product industrialization
Engage directly with the manufacturing process in foundries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Team player and self-starter with excellent written and communication skills
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical proficiency
Ability to adapt to change quickly
