Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance e-commerce logistics systems to support inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and returns processing
Implement Generative AI-powered solutions to improve fulfillment workflows, such as order allocation, shipment tracking, and customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative features
Optimize system performance to ensure scalability, stability, and efficiency
Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous innovation

Required

Proven experience in logistics development and system architecture
Strong programming skills with direct hands-on development expertise
Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and tools
Experience implementing Generative AI technologies
Solid understanding of e-commerce logistics system, business processes, and workflows
Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics systems, with awareness of industry trends
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Ability to communicate in English

Preferred

Better to have a basic understanding of C#, Java, MS SQL and MySQL
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong interest in emerging technologies, especially AI-driven innovations
Creative problem solver who can align technical solutions with business goals
