Tatum by Randstad is seeking an accounting consultant at the Controller/Accounting Manager level for a lease accounting project in the professional services industry. The role involves implementing new lease accounting software, reviewing lease agreements, and preparing schedules for external auditors in preparation for year end and the annual audit.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Consultant would be assisting with the implementation of a new lease accounting software. The person would need to have prior ASC 842 experience and exposure to reviewing lease agreements

The individual would also be reporting to the controller and be taking on research projects and prepare supporting schedules for external auditors in preparation for year end and the annual audit

Required

Bachelor's in accounting or finance is required

Prior experience with Lease Accounting software and ASC 842 is required

Prior experience working with external auditors related to year end and the annual audit is required

Intermediate excel skills are desired
