Enterprise is seeking a Summer 2026 Sales Management Trainee Intern to help build valuable business and leadership skills. This internship will provide real-world professional experience, allowing interns to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and develop marketing strategies in a team-based environment.

Qualification

Required

Must be 18 years old

Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university

Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years

Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration

No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training in May
