They are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Roadshow Coordinator Intern to join their dynamic Corporate Events Team, offering valuable hands-on experience in event planning.

Responsibilities

Participate in planning calls with internal teams and representatives to understand event goals and enhance the roadshow experience

Schedule and track presenter certifications to ensure readiness for each event

Update marketing materials on the sales portal to provide representatives with effective planning resources

Help optimize Smartsheet project management system to track and communicate event details

Develop a basic understanding of Daikin’s products and solutions to effectively support the roadshow initiative

Required

Sophomore currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Project Management or Communications

Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Preferred

Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office

Experience in Photoshop or Illustrator

Exposure to project management platforms such as Smartsheet and/or marketing platforms such as Constant Contact
