Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external customers
Use a 10-key calculator efficiently and accurately
Work with Google Docs, Sheets, and other digital tools
Process auto titlework/registration (experience a plus, but not required)
Uphold process loyalty and contribute to continuous improvement
