Regional Support Manager
Morgan Properties is seeking a dedicated Regional Support Manager to enhance operational efficiency and optimize financial performance across their North Carolina portfolio of properties. The role involves overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the Regional Manager on initiatives, and ensuring high service standards while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Oversee and support daily operations for assigned business units or special projects
Collaborate with the Regional Manager on critical tasks and special initiatives, optimizing staffing structures, processes, and internal/external relationships
Shares observations of property operations or project with Property Manager when appropriate and/or Regional Manager and advises on recommended actions to help stabilize the asset
Assist in the execution of special projects, track progress, and report findings to the Regional Manager
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational performance and efficiency
Reinforce standards for communication internally and externally, ensuring alignment with Morgan PRIDE values
Provide strategic recommendations and resources to support operational goals and maintain top-tier service standards
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions for ineffective and inefficient processes and procedures and test proposed solutions for effectiveness, modify as needed, and present for approval
Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed, ensuring they have the support and resources to thrive
From assisting with quarterly inspections to completing preventative maintenance tasks and managing seasonal responses, your role will be hands-on and integral to our success
Adhere to federal and state Fair Housing Laws as well as all company policies
Ensures that all safety initiatives are adhered to and that safety guidelines are followed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; and 3-5 years' experience in real estate related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication, leadership, team-building, strategic-planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools
