Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage environmental programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Lead and develop a team of environmental staff responsible for the day to day branch/hub/depot facility compliance

Monitor and evaluate environmental performance, preparing feedback to business manager partners on environmental performance. Track and analyze environmental data, ensuring accurate data maintenance and compiling of metrics for internal reporting

Continuous improvement of incident management procedures; lead the environmental team through the RCI process, communicating and implementing lessons learned throughout the organization

Validate company compliance programs through environmental audits/risk assessments for internal and external facilities. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Lead customer audits of CC facilities

Provide tools and training to EHS teams. Develop and assist in the creation of corporate environmental training content

Oversee and participate in permitting projects and due diligence integration

Lead incident investigations related to environmental issues and develop action plans to prevent recurrence

Resolve facility and customer regulatory compliance issues

Stay current with emerging environmental regulations, trends, and best practices, providing guidance to field teams and staff
