Responsibilities
Focus on sourcing and securing direct hire job opportunities from companies of various sizes
Identify and pursue opportunities for direct hire positions across all levels of the organization, from C-Suite to individual contributors, in IT, Professional, Marketing, and Sales skill sets
Partner with the Delivery Manager to ensure successful delivery of candidates to clients
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a lead generation role related to direct hire
Proficient in using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify potential direct hire job opportunities
Demonstrated success in securing direct hire job opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn connections with hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals
Expertise in the IT, Professional, Marketing, and Sales domains, with a track record of successfully placing direct hire candidates in these skill sets
Experience selling staffing solutions to customers in the CMT (Computer, Media, and Technology) vertical
