Responsibilities
Work within the Growth Department, with a core focus on increasing user scale and transaction volume, accountable for growth metrics
Investigate various traffic opportunities and collaborate with channels (including but not limited to social media, communities, KOLs, financial institutions, gaming guilds, MCNs, high-net-worth clients, websites, app stores, and apps) to expand sustainable and optimized traffic channels, and execute growth strategy planning
Continuously iterate and optimize user acquisition conversion rates through data analysis, user research, and by drawing inspiration from emerging growth cases across different industries
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role will require effective communication with stakeholders in both languages
Experience in user growth for internet products, with the ability to acquire Chinese-speaking users
Flexible thinker and familiar with various e-commerce traffic strategies, possessing strong logical reasoning and written communication skills
Demonstrates a keen curiosity for new concepts and actively explores innovative growth methods
Deep understanding and experience in user growth strategies
Strong resilience under pressure, with a high capacity for learning and self-motivation
Preferred
Prior promotional experience in finance, live streaming, or gaming industries is a plus
