Responsibilities

Assists with inventory planning, scheduling, and product control operations

Monitors inventory for organization and supervises efficient working of staff according to company policies

Prepares accurate records for all physical inventory

Monitors for continuous improvement in operational procedures, inventory efficiencies while ensuring adherence to departmental standards and objectives

Develops and maintains excellent working conditions and facilitates effective team performance

Coordinates with cross functional teams to identify obsolete inventory and count discrepancies

Perform tests on WMS and recommend improvements to procedure

Develops and maintains close working relationships with other departments to ensure cohesiveness within DC

Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland’s Values

Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems

Ensure health and safety compliance

Interpret and enforce company policy and practices

Assist overall DC operations as needed

Required

5+ year's related experience (warehousing, supply chain, inventory control)

Must be able to work under minimal direct supervision and be willing to take initiative to resolve problems and to help revise and upgrade processes
