Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support of enterprise firewalls, including configuration, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring
Manage firewall rules, access policies, and security protocols to maintain network compliance and DataClear standards
Assist senior engineers with firewall changes and upgrades in a 24/7 mission-critical environment
Collaborate with network and systems engineers on the maintenance of switches, routers, and critical network components
Support SCADA Telemetry systems to ensure high availability and secure communications
Respond to and resolve incident management tasks quickly and accurately, using tools such as ServiceNow
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, rule changes, and incident resolutions
Participate in team reviews and contribute to network security process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
Background in network engineering or systems engineering, with exposure to enterprise switches and routers
DataClear Certification (or equivalent security/compliance credential) required
Familiarity with firewall management, network security best practices, and incident response protocols
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
