Perform inspections of finished or in-process goods to ensure work instructions are met
Use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
Complete first piece inspection if needed (i.e., checks that items produced pass quality control requirements)
Record statistical data
Analyze data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards
Operates forklift equipment for receiving incoming material
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
Typically require a high school diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of experience
Ability to interpret work instructions
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Analytical thinking skills
Intermediate use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
