Responsibilities
Build and drive Elastic’s partner communications strategy — connecting our innovations in search, AI, observability, and security with the value we create alongside partners
Partner with teams across Partner, Product, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to craft cohesive stories that highlight Elastic’s impact
Work closely with hyperscaler, channel, and strategic partners to coordinate launches, announcements, and joint storytelling moments
Develop integrated programs across earned, owned, and shared channels — from press releases and blogs to podcasts, social posts, and event content
Identify proactive media and speaking opportunities that elevate Elastic’s visibility through its partner ecosystem
Collaborate with our Social and Editorial teams to turn partner achievements into engaging, multi-format stories
Manage agency partners and budgets to deliver high-impact results
Measure and report on progress, continuously refining the strategy to grow awareness, trust, and engagement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in communications or PR for enterprise technology, AI, or cloud companies
A strong track record leading partner communications or ecosystem storytelling
Ability to translate the value of Elastic's partner relationships into compelling stories that resonate across technical and executive audiences
Excellent writing and editing skills: you love shaping stories that inspire and inform
Strong relationship-building skills with partner, marketing, and media stakeholders
Experience working across global teams and managing multiple priorities with creativity and composure
