Responsibilities
Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns for clients
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' financial goals and compliance requirements
Manage and mentor a team of tax associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for complex tax issues and inquiries
Research and analyze tax regulations and legislation to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements for various entities, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax planning with overall business strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Active CPA license required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or relevant experience in public accounting
Ability to work in person in Lubbock Texas
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
