As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional enterprise projects, ensuring successful project execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large, complex service projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, governance and closure

Define project scope, charters, schedules, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with overall business objectives and service delivery strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements, set priorities, and manage project scope

Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring timely resolution

Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and fostering collaboration

Drive continuous improvement in our project management methodologies, processes, and tools, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in project management, continuously improving our project delivery capabilities

Any other duties in line with the role of Project Manager

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in project management, with experience delivering large strategic projects and a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or with subscription-based products

Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid modules

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, WorkFront, Smartsheet)
