Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Account Management to support customers integrating with Gong’s platform
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to enable successful partner integrations
Engage with customers and partners to deeply understand their technical architectures, challenges, and goals—then propose and implement Gong solutions
Provide ongoing technical support and consultation to strategic accounts, ensuring successful deployment and long-term value realization
Act as a voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the sales and post-sales journey

Required

8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar roles
Strong full-stack engineering skills, and experience writing production-level code
Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working directly with Sales, Partnerships, or Go-To-Market teams to support and close strategic deals
A track record of collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence product direction based on customer needs
Comfortable working with senior business leaders and C-level stakeholders
Willingness to travel for key client meetings (10–20%)

Preferred

Prior experience in SaaS and/or revenue technology is highly preferred
