Responsibilities
Supporting all aspects of operations at the assigned site
Overseeing PACE department supervisors to achieve efficient operations following licensing, regulatory standards, and company policies and procedures
Contributing administrative skills and abilities to the personnel selection and retention process
Contributing to annual budgets
Contributing to process improvement efforts
Contributing to care coordination with internal and external resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, and Health Care Administration required
Experience in working with Title XXII (licensing regulations) and the elderly population
Experience working collaboratively with the following disciplines: nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, gerontology
Minimum of three years' experience as a supervisor or management position in healthcare or a related field required
Experience in project planning, developing, and implementation
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on site location
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
