This role involves providing strategic financial support and insights to the Global Quality leadership, as well as overseeing the development of annual budgets and long-range plans.

Responsibilities
Serve as the business partner/advisor for the Global Quality Organization
Lead monthly financial consolidation and reporting process for Quality results, providing insightful analysis and commentary on performance against annual operating plan (AOP) and forecast
Drive the annual budget and rolling forecast processes for Quality, including the consolidation, analysis, and presentation of financial results to leadership
Enhance financial reporting and dashboards to deliver more insightful, forward-looking analysis that identifies key performance drivers and supports better business outcomes
Coordinate the monthly financial consolidation and reporting process for total GTO results, providing insightful analysis and commentary on performance against annual operating plan (AOP) and forecast
Coordinate long-range planning (LRP) activities including consolidation and analysis for total GTO
Champion financial process excellence by identifying and leading standardization and simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support Ad-Hoc GTO team financial activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting required
8+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
Experience in supporting operational units and manufacturing finance
Proven experience in a corporate FP&A role, ideally within a large, complex organization
Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, influencing decision making across diverse teams and organizational levels
Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect financial data to business strategy
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and champion best practices
Excellent computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using SAP and EPM tools (e.g., TM1, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc)
