Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Lead and support M&A transactions, joint ventures, and equity financings
Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related documents
Coordinate with specialists across tax, IP, employment, and regulatory teams
Support private equity and family office clients on complex transactions
Interface directly with clients and contribute to strategic commercial advice
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' experience in corporate transactions at a well-regarded law firm
Strong M&A and joint venture experience; equity finance is a must
Skilled in drafting principal deal documents and overseeing deal flow
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Admitted in DC or eligible to waive in
Preferred
Familiarity with debt finance (loan and security agreements) is a plus
