Responsibilities
Assist with fund formation and document drafting for a range of private fund clients
Review and track investor subscription documents
Assist with investor onboarding
Manage fund closings
Prepare basic funds-related agreements, including transfer agreements
Work with clients and investors to process and close secondary transfers
Compile key documents including master side letters and most favored nation clause compendiums
Assist with AML and KYC review and compliance
Assist with ongoing fund and compliance work
Other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
J.D. from ABA accredited law school
Admission to bar of local office jurisdiction
Transcripts will be required during the recruitment process
Strong technical and computer skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and demands on time
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of Excel, iManage, Word
