Fulfillment Facilities Department Manager

The Fulfillment Facilities Department Manager will oversee a team responsible for facility maintenance and operations at the fulfillment center, ensuring optimal performance of all systems while managing vendor relationships and budgets.
Responsibilities
Maintain site including building and capital expenditure projects
Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping
Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools
Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law. Maintain statutory records, certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years' experience leading an operations, facilities, or maintenance department in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment
7+ years experience leading building operations and services
Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities, the design implementation and operation of critical systems, and capital expense management
