Responsibilities

Advise executive leadership on corporate governance and disclosure obligations

Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to support legal compliance

Oversee the drafting and review of legal documents and internal communications

Support strategic transactions, including M&A and financing initiatives

Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely legal support

Manage relationships with external counsel and auditors

Monitor and interpret evolving legal requirements and advise on their impact to the business

Assist with the administration of equity compensation plans and governance frameworks
