Retail Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will build and manage relationships with important clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while developing strategic selling plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic selling plans for assigned target accounts
Lead overall account strategy and execution for target accounts
Work with fellow KAMs on shared target accounts on overall account strategy and execution to achieve objectives
Manage accounts to Keonn financial goals (revenue, margin, products and expense)
Grow business and expand products with targeted current customers
Bring on new targeted accounts
Establish high level contacts with all decision makers throughout assigned accounts
Update forecast monthly
Keep customer service and sales admin updated on key opportunities and objectives
Keep production abreast of forecast demand and timing
Update management monthly. Include monthly strategic selling account updates
Inform product management team of customer / prospect needs and market trends
Assist partners with training, end user presentations, system design, management of sales cycle to closure and rollout management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in industry
Degree Preferred
Proven success with end user major account sales and channel management
Technical RFID expertise
Expertise in retail RFID uses cases
Experience managing large rollouts
Relationships with retail channel partners, industry associations and end users
