Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator
SCAN is a nonprofit health organization dedicated to improving care for older adults. The Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator will ensure that all company operations and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, implementing quality assurance programs and collaborating with various departments to align activities with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate quality projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion
Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders
Facilitate meetings to ensure cross-functional collaboration
Identify issues and develop solutions to keep the project on track
Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, IT, HR, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance initiatives
Engage with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and vendors, to build and maintain strong relationships
Represent the company in industry forums and conferences to stay informed and network with peers
Generate and present comprehensive reports on quality performance to the Quality leadership
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals

Qualification
Required
5-7 years of related experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance monitoring and quality assurance. Ability to identify and address small issues before they become major problems
Advanced Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and engage stakeholders. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with both internal and external audiences
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate compliance data and identify areas for improvement. Creative problem-solving abilities to address compliance challenges and implement effective solutions
Project Management: Proven project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion
Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior coordinators. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required software skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams), Visio, and SQL
Preferred
Certifications in quality and compliance (e.g., CPHQ, CHC) are highly preferred
