Spring Internship - Global Partnerships
FloSports leads the way in delivering world-class digital streaming for millions of fans, families, and athletes in underserved sports. The Global Partnerships Intern will support relationship management and assist in executing partnership agreements while working closely with the Global Partnership Managers.

Responsibilities
Work closely and regularly with a team of Global Partnership Managers and a Global Partnership Director
Assist in event data collection from partners and communicate effectively to ensure data is complete, analyzed and shared to meet deadlines
Understand and contribute towards exceeding department and partner goals
Work with other members of the Global Partnerships team to set up kick-off calls and associated documentation
Assist in creating season end close outs to build on successes and bring feedback to teams to drive improvements across the company
Evaluate current processes, propose and implement adjustments that will improve efficiency, and measure success of all changes implemented
Ensure processes are clearly documented, socialized and adopted
Occasional travel for in-person meetings, trainings and/or to support partner events
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the flexibility to comfortably navigate ambiguity
Demonstrate ability to find solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and partners
Experience with commonly used software within the department (Salesforce, data analytics tools, Excel, Google Sheets)
Must be available January - April 2026
Preferred
Sports knowledge and experience within sports industries are plusses
