Project Manager, Design (Civil Engineering)
Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority is responsible for overseeing the Nashville International Airport, a vital asset for Middle Tennessee. The Project Manager, Design will oversee engineering and architectural design, manage project schedules, and ensure quality control for capital projects.

Responsibilities
Oversees engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control
Review and be familiar with project plan drawings and specifications
Schedules and conducts design progress meetings
Coordinates activities with outside agencies to ensure timely completion of projects
Coordinates with end-users to ensure required functions of projects are accurate
Ensures projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget
Reviews requested modifications to facilities
Performs periodic site observations and provides findings. Limited travel between MNAA properties
Follows all safety regulations
Maintains regular and on-time attendance
Supports MNAA’s commitment to its culture and values, including Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE)
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
4-7 years of experience in related field
Valid Class D drivers license
License/Certification: Professional Engineer or American Institute of Architects Member
Preferred
7-10 years of experience in related field
Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) certified member
