Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of business units’ strategic initiatives

Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive rapid execution. Support project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and preparing updates as needed

Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership

Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and value realization

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, other relevant field, or equivalent

Internship or early career experience (1-2 years) in finance, strategy/corporate development, or similar analytically-based role preferred

Robust analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively present to business partners

Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; sets priorities, multitask and respond to changing demands from multiple sources

Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a deadline and execution driven focus
