For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees
We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Qualification
Required
Must be graduating in August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027 enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university
Must be able to start and attend our orientation class on 5/11/2026 and make a 10-12 week commitment
Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience
Will consider experience as a student athlete in lieu of the work experience
