Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of private company clients
Manage audit teams and provide training and mentorship to junior staff
Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans based on identified risks
Perform detailed reviews of financial statements and audit documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on auditing
Strong knowledge of audit standards and procedures
Experience with private companies in a commercial setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
