Responsibilities

Participate in the development and support of customer technical requirements

Assist with architecting our customer’s F5 solution

Implement and operate F5 products such as BIG IP-LTM, ASM, BIG-IQ, and APM

Provide clear technical documentation and written procedures for issues identified and addressed

Propose and implement system enhancements that improve the performance and reliability of the F5 infrastructure

Support troubleshooting activities within the infrastructure

Collaborates with different technology towers to achieve common goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

5+ years of experience encompassing network, F5 products, and security infrastructure

2 years of experience working with BIG IP-LTM

Active DoD TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLY

Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team and work independently
