Associate Director of Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities
Set the pace for our corporate priorities
Co-author Roadmaps, KPIs, and dashboards that we use to drive forward our strategic initiatives
Monitor progress on the various Roadmaps to ensure progress/completion, escalate issues, and identify potential risks
Engage in a weekly cadence with various leaders who own each Roadmap to ensure progress against the Roadmaps
Work with a cross-functional group of individuals to ensure clarity and transparency on expectations and requirements of the program that we are building
Directly drive critical enablers of the effort, such as hiring efforts, AI activities roll outs, and financial understanding
Provide ad-hoc support for various initiatives as required
Determine and track impact for our strategic initiatives
Establish a set of metrics and KPIs that will determine success for the overarching set of corporate priorities; measure these metrics over time
Provide input into setting targets for the various KPIs we track across the program
Develop a set of reports and dashboards (near-term XLS; longer-term PowerBI or similar) to determine if we are on/off-track for our initiatives
Deep dive on select metrics to perform root cause analysis where struggling to make progress
Drive our communication plan
Write a communication plan for keeping the broader organization informed of strategy and operations-related activities
Plan for and support running of major events, including major announcements, offsites, and leadership meetings
Develop and deliver communication materials in a variety of formats, including leadership updates and town halls
Qualification
Required
5 years in strategy consulting with exposure to a range of topics, especially strategy, operations, transformation, operating model, communications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of driving results in large scale change programs, including development of opportunities and measurable results
Experience in working closely with a cross-functional team to achieve goals, including 1:1 working and presenting with large groups
Experience with KPI tracking and monitoring; analysis in XLS required; PowerBI or more advanced reporting preferred
Ability to lead and work across a cross-functional team of senior leaders

A clear and confident communicator with presence and influence
