Ag Processing Inc is currently looking for a detail-oriented professional to join as a Document Imaging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and indexing documents to maintain quality assurance and compliance while operating various imaging tools to create electronic files.

Responsibilities

Prepare, scan and quality check documents/images being converted into electronic/digital format

Ensure the proper transferal and indexing of images

Compare data entered with source documents or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors

Ensure all workflow items are completed within the set turn-around time within quality expectations

Use optical scanners as necessary to perform job duties

Must be able to perform work at established production rates while working in a high volume to near continuous entry environment

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Strong data entry and typing skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to use a computer and scanner
