Responsibilities

Own the next-gen ellacor platform and have actual influence on a breakthrough medical device
High visibility and growth runway as the first senior mechanical hire rebuilding Cytrellis’ R&D function
End-to-end development experience where your ideas directly translate into design decisions, product performance, and future technology roadmap
Strong mechanical design leader with deep experience owning complex electromechanical or capital equipment products from concept through launch
Expert in DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, and mechanism design, able to make assemblies work the first time without iterative rework correctly
Structured thinker and project driver who follows documented development processes, manages schedules, and produces traceable, high-quality engineering documentation
