Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Coordinate staging timelines, designer walkthroughs, installations, and pickups
Assist with proposals, quotes, pricing, and client communication
Handle on-site adjustments, service callbacks, and post-install needs
Prepare pricing for furniture and artwork purchases
Ensure all property details are accurately entered and maintained
Provide daily operational and scheduling support to studio leadership
Collaborate closely with the design team and warehouse to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client services required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously required
Strong client-facing skills with a focus on clear, professional communication required
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
