Required

College degree or equivalent
Prior experience in professional fee/office practice billing
Coding experience
Strong communication skills
Math skills
Ability to operate general office equipment and computers
Competent in Microsoft Excel software
Ability to work well under pressure, tolerate frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule
Ability to set priorities
Effective problem solving of complex situations
Organized

Preferred

Previous reproductive endocrine and/or OB/GYN billing
Managed care experience
