Interns will learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees
We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Qualification
Required
Must be a currently enrolled college or university student, Senior level, expected graduation of a Bachelor's Degree within the next two semesters
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be able to commit to a Summer Internship that would begin May 20th, 2026 and be completed on August 14th, 2026
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must have a permanent address in Arizona
