Responsibilities
Manage the ongoing performance and monitoring of private credit investments, ensuring timely identification of trends and risks
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and promptly escalate underperforming assets to senior leadership
Analyze financial statements, industry dynamics, and company performance to evaluate overall credit health
Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to support investment decisions
Prepare and present periodic reports and detailed portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders
Monitor covenant compliance and assess the implications of any deviations
Recommend risk ratings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
0--2 years of experience in private credit or a related financial discipline, such as underwriting private credit, high-yield, or leveraged loan investments
Preferred
Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities
Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to deeply analyze and monitor investments
Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to partner effectively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools
