The Motion Graphics Coordinator will manage daily workflow within the motion graphics department, ensuring efficient tracking and assignment of graphic requests while maintaining communication with various departments and clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day needs by prioritizing, tracking, and scheduling all incoming graphic requests from various departments for the designers

Prioritize assignments when deadlines change or revisions arise

Follow up with producers, project managers, and other department heads on work orders awaiting approval to ensure completion

Send and receive detailed instructions to and from designers, clients, producers, project managers, and other department heads

Assign requests based on designers’ skill levels and work schedules to ensure optimal output and efficiency

Assist in purchasing, organizing, and maintaining the department’s assets

Locate shared files on our server by managing archival stock footage, logos, project collects, and fonts

Maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring all elements are available for designers to complete work orders

Create and provide downloadable links for project collects and layered elements

Proactively assign requests to night-shift designers so they can work during evening hours

Review the previous night’s activity and add any uncompleted requests to the team's tracker queue

Required

2 + years relevant experience

Familiar with Adobe Suite After Effects, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of detail-oriented work in a quick and efficient manner

Demonstrated ability to quickly re-prioritize concurrent work and processes in response to changing instructions, needs, and deadlines

Must have a working knowledge in theatrical, tv, home video and social media specifications and procedures

Must be able to work Monday – Friday 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required

Preferred

Knowledge of the motion graphics process is a plus
