Responsibilities

Lead concept development and creative execution for Specs and Lens Studio campaigns

Drive creative for flagship partnerships from brief to launch

Be hands-on in conception, copywriting, and design direction

Present and pitch creative ideas to senior stakeholders and partners

Mentor and inspire the Innovation Studio team, setting the bar for storytelling and craft excellence

Partner closely with Global Brand Experience, Comms, and Product to align creative storytelling with strategic goals

Uphold Snap’s creative standards across all consumer and developer-facing work

Required

12+ years of creative experience, including 4+ in senior or creative leadership roles and 2+ years managing teams

Portfolio demonstrating world-class conceptual thinking, storytelling, and design direction

Proven record leading campaigns from strategy through launch across digital, experiential, and innovation work

Experience across consumer and developer-facing creative

Familiarity with AR, AI, or interactive innovation campaigns

Preferred

Recognition from top-tier creative or innovation awards preferred
