Spring 2026 Management Trainee Sales Internship - Fairbanks
Enterprise is seeking university/college students for their Management Internship Program, which provides valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Qualification
Required
Must be a Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate between May 2026 - December 2026
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must be able to work 25 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either January 26th, 2026 or January 30th, 2026, depending on academic calendar
Must reside and attend a College/University in Alaska
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol convictions on driving and/or criminal record within the past 3 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
