Responsibilities
Lead and manage active site development projects across DC and Northern Virginia
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Drive business growth by expanding RK&K’s footprint in new markets
Oversee design, permitting, and quality control for land development projects
Mentor and develop junior and senior civil engineering staff
Facilitate client presentations, internal meetings, and plan approvals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
PE license in DC and/or VA (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in land/site development
Deep knowledge of permitting processes in DC and Northern VA
Proven leadership and project management experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Strong local network of engineers and clients; active in industry groups
