Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including cooling systems, power distribution, and environmental controls

Support in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to network and server equipment

Participate in scheduled maintenance and updates, following established procedures

Assist in conducting regular audits of data center assets and inventory

Monitor network performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner

Help maintain network security protocols, including monitoring access logs and enforcing security policies

Support network testing, ensuring system integrity and availability

Assist in data center cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols

Support the documentation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation

Participate in the maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, and other critical systems within the facility

Work closely with data center operations staff to learn best practices and operational procedures

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of data center management and operations

Contribute to special projects as assigned, including data analysis and process improvement initiatives
