Responsibilities
Attend weekly team meeting and power up training
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
Assist clients in negotiating offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms
Utilize LuxeLife Group’s mentorship programs and systems to enhance sales techniques and market knowledge
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Manage and update client databases and marketing materials to support business growth
Qualification
Required
Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
Strong desire to learn and grow with mentorship and proven systems in place
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development offered by LuxeLife Group
Preferred
Minimum of 1-3 year experience in real estate sales preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome
