Senior Manager, Monetization Analytics & Commercialization Operations
ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Manager, Monetization Analytics & Commercialization Operations to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across product and portfolio launches. This role will enhance visibility and execution discipline across commercialization and monetization efforts by partnering with various teams to improve launch readiness and pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track commercialization and monetization performance
Analyze pricing, discounting, attach rates, adoption, and margin to identify trends and opportunities
Support willingness-to-pay (WTP) research and pilot analytics to validate pricing and packaging models
Partner with Product, Portfolio, and GMs to model monetization impact and ROI across product lines
Coordinate commercialization and NPI readiness, ensuring systems, data, and processes are prepared for pricing and packaging updates
Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy and quote-to-cash efficiency
Manage governance and rollout tracking for launches, price changes, and packaging updates
Provide oversight to ensure smooth handoff between analytical insights and execution
Serve as the analytical and operational bridge between Pricing & Packaging, Product, Portfolio, GTM, and Finance
Provide insights that inform monetization and commercialization decisions from strategy through execution
Support leadership reviews, portfolio analyses, and business cases with actionable data and recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve analytics, operational workflows, and reporting automation
Track key metrics (price realization, launch effectiveness, pilot success) and establish feedback loops across GTM, Product, and Portfolio teams
Standardize data and reporting processes to improve accuracy and speed of decision making
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercialization analytics, pricing analytics, or operations within B2B SaaS or Fintech
Proven ability to apply analytics to drive operational and strategic decisions
Strong quantitative and modeling skills; proficient with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, billing, and pricing systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills
Preferred
Experience with WTP research, pricing pilots, or commercialization testing
Knowledge of SQL or data modeling
MBA or advanced quantitative degree
