Responsibilities
Support the operational aspects of our cloud application Twinfield through the development of software
Bridge the gap between development and IT operations, ensuring smooth system operation and reliability of our product
Focus on incident recovery, telemetry improvements and fixing omissions in product development cycles through continuous feedback
Proactively identify and implement enhancements in the software development and delivery process
Regularly review processes, tools, and systems to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and software quality
Continuously monitor and manage the software application and infrastructure to ensure its availability, performance and security
Support the Production environment of the product and the deployment process
Improve current setup of alerting and monitoring
Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
Support proper systems monitoring to prevent issues from becoming incidents
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, or DevSecOps role
Solid programming skills in C#
Experience using tools with regards to monitoring. For example: Log analytics, Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus
Ideally has a strong background in relational database modelling and management
Fluent in English
Preferred
Preferably experienced on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, specifically Application Insights, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Kubernetes Service
Understanding Dutch is a plus
